Qualifying AT&T Fiber customer benefit: HOME TECH+ guided app-based remote tech support is included at no additional HOME TECH+ charge while qualifying Fiber service remains active. If that Fiber service ends, included access ends; customers may choose to continue with an optional HOME TECH+ membership for $30/month. Enrollment requires separate consent and is never automatic. On-site visits, equipment, repairs, parts, data and provider charges are separate.
